My pair of dogs went loose ........ have found the male but the female is no where to be found!?
still waiting for my female to come back.......how many of u think that she might return?......is she stolen or what?.......how long will she take to come back on her own? it has been a week that i've lost her ....... found the male straying around 2km away from home and he was alone, she was not with him.........what could have possibly gone wrong? found the male after 11 hours they left the house..... why didn't they come back on their own earlier? ppl around ma neighbourhood call me THE BEST PET KEEPER..........i loved them so much.........why did they run away once they found an opening?

Is keeping 5 dogs in a hot garage in Florida all day cruel?
It is a detached garage with an open window at one end. I believe they are in cages I've seen the cages when the garage door was opened. The neighbor only brings them out late at night to feed them. He puts stakes in the ground with chains connected to them while they eat.
Best hand signals to train dogs?
Hi I have already trained my smart puppy some hand signals for commands that I wanted to perform. aka closed fist for sit, open palm for high five, etc.I would like to know if any one has any success using other hand signals for useful commands

Is it normal to feel a female dog has bones here?
I found a dog on the streets and I was rubbing her stomach and I noticed three bones I could feel in her stomach below her rib cage, is that normal? It's a female Siberian husky. I felt the bones here where the circle is, even though that's not the dog.What could this indicate?tinypic.com r ne1cy 7it was like a a triangle formation.

ok, so my female dog fixed a couple of months ago April, shes a maltese and she's really been mean when i touch near her stomach? Is she not feeling good or is it that she doesnt like being touched on her stomach anymore? She'll growl at me and stuff.
My dog has hives! Help!?
My 8 month old golden labrador broke out in very nasty hives on her face yesturday which eventually spread to her entire body. I have given her Benadryl asked vet and it seems to be working, there arn't any on her body anymore or on her tummy, and they were horrible The only problem is that her ears wont seem to go down, they are incredibly swollen and very hard to the touch. Is she maybe reacting to the benadryl? Should I wait it out another day or should I just go to the vet now? Please help I am very worried about my little girl & dont know what to do

Will my dog's fur grow back?
About a month ago my dog had an allergic reaction to something never figured out what it was and had hives all along his back. He is a large dog, a great dane mastiff mix, so I'm talking about a lot of hives At night he chewed on his back and developed a staph infection because of this. So all of his hives became scabby sores. He is now off of his antibiotic and steroids and seems to be feeling much better but all of the scabs are still on his back. I gave him a bath today with a medicated shampoo. I let it soak for 10 15 minutes before rinsing it off, then I brushed him to try and loosen the scabs up. Some of the scabs came off pretty easily but a lot of fur was coming off as well. His fur is looking pretty patchy and there are still a lot of scabs left.Has anyone been in this situation with their dog? Did their fur grow back or was there too much scar tissue?
