New games to play with my dog?
Ok so we we rough house play LOTS of tuf of war, hide n seek with me and his toys we train a lot But since I switched his food from ol' roy to Orijen, he seems down, unless we play a lot, and if I give himsome ol' roy. I know hes unhappy cuz of the food switch.This is why I need more games to play with him. He's a border collie springerr spaniel mix...who actually acts more like a spaniel even though he's only 1 4 hehe I would like games that are more mentally stimulating, seeing as how we go for 2 walks a day AND I take him to a closed tennis court and let him run around for an hr i just started that yesterday and he loves it Are there any toys out there to keep him busy for a while while im at school. He already has a kong that i use to feed him with.Thanks

Old dog, back legs going need advice please?
i am looking after my mums dog for a week while she is on hols, and im concerned about him, hes 14 so hes old and his back legs have been weakening over the past year. i dont see him as much now and i was shocked when my mum brought him round last night, he can only walk a couple of steps before his back legs collapse under him, if he lies down a bit he can walk a bit more, his legs shake when hes not moving, he doesnt seem unhappy but im just really concerned about the way forward now, can anyone give me any advice please?

i live in india and i'm paying good money for it, i've read so many good reviews about dog foods like innova, solid gold etc but these brands are not available in my country. They say this is a premium brand and the best one available but i'd rather cook something at home if this food is not good.

i really wanna get 2 baby bunnies but my mom keeps telling me its not a good idea because my dog will give them a heart attack. he likes to run around the cats and bark right in there face when he wants to play. i did read up on them a little and i know they can be fragile in some ways like how you have to take precautions if you have to pick them up because if you dont they could break their back. im thinking they should be ok if there raised with my doggy and kitty. my kitty was raised with my dog so she is also kinda rough cuz she kinda scratches and bites my dog on the neck but not that hard. my dog is only 14lbs and is a chihuahua dashound mix. do you think they could be happy living with each other?of corse i would read as much as possible. probably even get a book on them if i was almost sure i wanted one. but i think im gonna wait till my dog is an adult at 3, hes only 1.5 yrs old right now so im just gonna wait and hope he calms down, im pretty sure he will.buy then i will im sure ill be ready for a new kitten as well. idk

Because I forgot to ask, " Is this dog neutered already?" to the pet shop employee, and it has been so many years already, I decided to buy a female dog. Now I have 2 problems. For all of you that have 2 dog's....Do you walk them together or seperately?
I have a 10 year old Black Lab and a 4 month old Black Lab. I walked them together when the pup was younger because he needed the older dog as a role model or he wouldn't budge, but now that he is older and stronger it's harder for me to walk both. Just wondering if any of you use those leash things that allow you to walk more than one dog with only one leash and what you think of them. I think that it would help a lot because carrying 2 leashes is just confusing and they get tangled together, but I'm concerned in the difference in size with my dog's. I don't want the puppy to get hurt because the older dog pulls him over to a tree to pee on it. Your thoughts would help...Yes I know leash training will help so they both just walk instead of pull and pee on every tree, but in the meantime they still have to go on walks to use up their energy.
Worst dog breath the never goes away?
I adopted my dog from the pound when he was about 6 years old and noticed his teeth were kind of dirty and he had very stinky breath. So I took him to the vet and had them thoroughly cleaned. For about a couple days his breath was fine, but then the horrid fowl breath came back again. I don't feed him any human food and I brush his teeth with the toothbrush the vet gave me about once a week. Sometimes it smells like rotten fish, other times like something dead and its so bad it makes me want to throw up every time he opens his mouth. What could be causing this? x xI do get him bones to chew on, the ones with the filling inside and it does help the smell whenever he does chew on it, but he is not much of a bone chewer unfortunately.
Dog friendly cities in america?
My husband is american i am british we are going to be moving to america within the next few years and are look at where to move to and he has a few ideas and so do i but the main concern is a dog friendly town. I have been having a bit of a look in realtor.com and i like nevada. I do have a job that is transferable over to the usa and so does my husband. We don't have children the opnly thing is when i search properties in nevada i am hard pushed to find any where pets are allowed is this just something that has been over looked by realtor.com or is it that hard to find somewhere with pets allowed in nevada. Can someone help and list states that are pet friendly and that allow pets or give me help on what to look for etc.....thanks
