Does anyone know how much it cost to put a dog to sleep?
My dog is getting real old and she no longer has any quality of life. I do not want to put her down but that may be the only option.

Is working and having two dogs difficult?
I just found out my mom's only reason for not having a second dog is because she thinks working and having two will be really hard. I tried to explain to her that having one dog and working and having two dogs and working is about the same work plus they'd only be left home alone 4 hours maximum. She can support one and stuff, and we fell in love with a little girl Aussie Chow mix. But how can I explain to her two dogs is the same while working, if thats true? Thanks.
Why does my weenie keep licking my other weenie dog's ears?
I have a 3 year old silver dachshund named leeroy brown and ever since I got my mini weenie dachshund named zoey, leeroy always licks her ears, strange?? does that mean he has respect for her??

hi,ive noticed that my 14 week old puppy had an ear irritation on both ears.she was recently at vet a few weeks ago for her 2nd set of needles and she was fine,everything ok. but last night she was scratching her ears quite alot,they were quite red. noticed today she seems to have some rash in both ears.is there anything i could buy and treat her with mysel of will i need to nip her to the vet.even if there is anything i could buy to soothe and stop the itching.. thanks xthanks for your comments,i will take her to my local vet to be on the safe side,and yeah there is a bit o a smell coming from the ears.whatever it is,just seemed to have flared up. xx
How do i keep a dog in my situation?
ok, so i'm going to collage in two years, and my dad is a airlines captain and will be on 4 day long trips without being home once i leave. we want to get a dog, but it doesn't seem to be in the cards unless we find a way to make it work. we don't have anyone we could leave the dog with if he is on a trip. any suggestions?

hi i recently got a female dalmatian puppy 7weeks old, i already have 2 dogs male staff neutered and female patterdale both dogs in general are good with other dogs its only my female patterdale who can be abit grumpy so out of the two only thought my female dog would have troubles but its not her in fact shes brilliant with her completely baby's her cuddles up to her plays gently she really sweet but my male wont bond with her in fact he just ignores her and runs away when she goes near him i feel so sorry for her as she so wants to play with him ect he growls and stops off . im confident he will not attack nor harm her but wish hed even stand next to her shes very small and poses not threat to him we've given lots of reward when he even sniffs her ect anyone know why hes acting like this??? or how i could try make them friends???

It took me 6 months to decide to finally give my dog to her new home. I backed out of it 3 times bc i didnt have the heart to do it. I bottle fed her as a pup and raised her for 2 years. I had to sacrifice her bc I moved to a 1 bed apt with no more than 1 dog allowed. there were other reasons too.Well, i finally let her go to her new home last night. and i am so greived, that i want her back. its only been about 20 hours. but this guy is a trucker, and he travels around the country. he comes through CA where i live once in a while. Are there any laws saying that i cant take my animal back? i mean can i legally take her back? i cant handle this
